REMINDER: COVID-19 WORKPLACE PLAN

Following the easing of some of the national lock-down regulations, many businesses will be re-opening their offices and many employees will be returning to work.

This is a friendly reminder that the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential Authority require all financial institutions to ensure a safe work environment, have a documented COVID-19 workplace plan and an appointed COVID-19 compliance officer.  

Upon request by the authorities, a financial institution must submit the name of its COVID-19 compliance officer and a copy of its workplace plan.
