The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) is calling for comments from, amongst others, accountable institutions on the draft Public Compliance Communication 110 (draft PCC 110), which provides guidance on certain ML/TF/PF risks and suggested resources to determine the ML/TF risk related to geographic areas.

Any comments on draft PCC 110 must be submitted to the FIC by no later than Friday 27 November 2020 using the prescribed form provided in draft PCC 110.
