To implement an Integrated Regulatory System (IRS) the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is requesting all Financial Services Providers (FSPs) to verify and/or update the following information via the FSCA’s e-portal:
Relevant persons, including directors and shareholders;
Management, including pension fund trustees (if applicable);
Compliance officer(s), responsible persons and/or principal officers (if applicable);
Accounting officer(s) and/or information in respect of audit partners.
Any discrepancies between the FSCA’s records and the information reported by the FSP must be corrected by submitting the relevant profile change request to the FSCA.
The abovementioned process must be completed by 15 December 2021. ICS will, based on its records, verify and/or update the information and, where necessary, submit the relevant profile changes.
