The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has published General Notice 1258 of 2022: Levies on Financial Institutions.

For the current levy year, levies are payable on or before 31 October 2022.  

The FSCA will send FAIS levy invoices to FSPs via e-mail.

Proof of payments should be forwarded via e-mail to levypop@fsca.co.za

*Please use the correct reference numbers when making payment.   

**Please note that the FSCA is not registered for VAT. 

Failure to pay the levy timeously may result in the withdrawal of the license of the FSP in terms of section 9 of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002.
